Environmental Health Department | Inspection Reports

 Environmental Health Services coordinates and oversees inspections of Retail Food Establishments, Public Pools and Spas, Public Interactive Water Features, and Child Care Facilities. 

We investigate and respond to health emergencies (including those that may be of a chemical or biological nature) that pose a risk to the citizens within NET Health jurisdiction, especially to safeguard the health of those that may be vulnerable to environmental hazards.

RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS

Facilities within this category includes restaurants, catering services, convenience stores, grocery stores, school cafeterias, bakeries, and mobile food vehicles.

PUBLIC POOLS, SPAS, and WATER FEATURES

Facilities that are routinely inspected include public swimming pools, spas, wading pools, therapy pools, competition pools, splash pads, and water parks.

LICENSED CARE FACILITIES

This category includes for-profit child care facilities, nonprofit child care facilities, residential care facilities, and day socialization facilities.

OUT = Not in compliance        IN =  In compliance        NO = Not observed        NA = Not applicable        COS = Corrected on site        REPEAT = Repeat Violation
