Do you know what foods to eat and not to eat during pregnancy? Our nutrition education provides essential resources, guidance, and tasty recipes to help pregnant and postpartum women receive all the vitamins and minerals through well-balanced meals and snacks for themselves as well as for their baby. We also take a close look at diets for those who are managing diabetes and high blood pressure as well as those who are breastfeeding.
Do you feel prepared for birth? Want to know more about the different stages of labor? Well our Childbirth Education Classes provide information and knowledge to our D.R.E.A.M. parents and their families about what to expect and how to prepare for the labor and birthing experience, breastfeeding, postpartum care, how to support the mom during labor, and so much more!
We work very closely with community partners throughout the area to get our moms connected to the resources they or their family may need. Whether that be housing, transportation, food, clothing, employment, or insurance we will guide you in the right direction.

Moms sometimes need to vent, receive support from other moms, or even just want tips and suggestions on what to do or how to balance this new journey called motherhood. This is the space where moms can receive motivation, encouragement from other moms going through the same thing or have already been through it, and just find a community of moms friends to connect to.
We want dads to know that you too are a part of the pregnancy journey right along with mom. With the Peer Dad Program, dads can join our program as a D.R.E.A.M. Dad and learn about all things fatherhood from learning about childbirth to how to support mom while breastfeeding to joining a community of supportive dads called Dad Huddle. We are here for you too!
