This report includes the CHRISTUS primary service areas that include the counties of Anderson, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Henderson, Hopkins, Rains, Rusk, Smith, Van Zandt, and Wood.
Nearly 80% of clients reside within the counties of Anderson, Gregg, Smith and Wood.
Socioeconomically disadvantaged segments of the community responded to surveys provided at local governmental agencies, nonprofit businesses, and faith-based charitable organizations.
